While the payment terms can vary between types of projects, we generally require 50% of the total contract price to get started, 25% on the shoot day, and 25% before final delivery.
A typical project timeline is 5-7 weeks from contract signing to delivery of the final video. However, the actual time for producing a video varies based on the type of video and the complexity of production.
As soon as your project moves from the proposal stage to pre-production, your project will be handed off to our Production Manager. They will be your point of contact throughout the remaining stages of the project, answer any questions along the way, and keep you up to date on the progress. You are never left in the dark!
